Who runs this site

This site is operated by Vantage Systems Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09729055, VAT 228215032). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the site.

Information on the site

We try to keep prices, service descriptions, accreditation references and other content accurate and current. The site is provided for general information only - nothing on it is a binding offer to supply goods or services, and we reserve the right to update or correct anything at any time without notice.

Specific quotations, surveys and proposals we issue to you in writing take precedence over the general content of the site.

How we’ll respond to enquiries

We reply to web enquiries by 9am the next working day. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, an offer or any commitment on our part to carry out work - it starts a conversation. Any work we agree to carry out for you will be set out in a separate written quotation, accepted in writing before work begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks UK law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected systems.
• Submit deliberately false enquiries, automated submissions, spam, or content that is unlawful, harassing or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Scrape, copy or republish content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, photographs (other than third-party stock imagery used under licence) and logos are owned by Vantage Systems Group Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view, share and print pages for your own personal or internal business use; any other use needs our written permission.

Third-party trade marks and accreditation logos (SSAIB, BAFE, NICEIC, FIA, CTSP, ECA, FSA) are the property of the respective bodies and are used to indicate our current registrations.

Third-party links

Where the site links to third-party websites (for example, governing bodies or the Information Commissioner’s Office) we have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
